2nd district solon invites Surigaonons to PGMA Caravan in Surigao Norte

Surigao del Norte 2nd District Representative Guillermo Romarate invites all Surigaonons in the mainland of Surigao del Norte to take advantage of the services being offered by the national government thru the conduct of the People's Government Mobile Action (PGMA) Serbisyo Muna Caravan cum Medical and Dental Mission in the towns of Gigaquit and Sison today (October 16) and in the towns of Bacuag and San Francisco on October 17.

Cong. Romarate in an interview said that several key agencies led by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), will participate in the holding of the PGMA Caravan held simultaneously in the Municipal Gymnasiums of Gigaquit and Sison.

Romarate also said that several services will be offered in the caravan such as free legal consultations, medical and dental check-ups, on-site processing of NBI clearance, Jobs Fair and acceptance of Social Security System (SSS) and PAGIBIG membership application, jobs fair and technical advises to farmers among others.

It maybe recalled that the holding of this activity is in consonance with the Administrative Order 159 signed by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, expanding the reach of the Serbisyo Muna Project to include other priority regions of the Philippines. (PIA-Surigao del Norte)
