VOW to strengthen commitment in San Jose, PDI

A three-day Values Orientation Workshop (VOW) was conducted recently in San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands.

The workshop which aimed at reorienting the government employees, being the frontliners in the implementation of the plans and programs of the government, with the core values necessary in rendering quality services.

About 80 personnel from the different departments of the provincial government have undergone the workshop which enabled them to review ethical and moral values to enhance their sense of commitment and dedication to public service.

Technical people who were experts on training and personnel development from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office XIII served as resource speakers.

The said workshop was facilitated by the Provincial Human Resource Management and Development Office. (SBRApelo, Province of Dinagat Islands)
