PNP-13 creates task force to solve shooting of Barangay kagawad

Police Regional Office 13 (PRO-13) Regional Director PCSUPT Jaime E Milla has ordered Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office headed by its Provincial Director, PSSUPT Antonio B Paguirigan, to create Task Force "Fetalvero" to conduct thorough investigation regarding the shooting to death of Barangay Kagawad Jonathan L. Fetalvero, 43 years old, married, a resident of Poblacion, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.

Immediately after the incident, the victim was rushed to New Bayugan Doctors Hospital but was declared dead-on-arrival (DOA) by the attending physician. The responding police officers of Bayugan Police Station recovered one spent shell of cal.45 at the crime scene.

The victim was said to have some intermittent Disc Jockey job at the local radio program at Friendster FM radio station.

The investigation will include the activation of tracker teams with the assistance from the CIDG 13 and forensic artist to track down the lone gun man who shot the victim with a caliber.45 pistol on June 25, 7:30 in the evening while drinking inside a restaurant located at the vicinity of Rotunda, Barangay Poblacion, Bayugan City.

As a general policy of the organization, PRO 13 is mandated to solve the incident regardless of the nature of the victim's work. (PNP-13/PIA-Caraga)
