The Provincial Environment and Management Office (PEMO) handed down the financial assistance to the towns of Malimono, Burgos, Bacuag and Socorro to fund the construction of their respective their respective Material Recovery Facilities (MRF).
An MRF is a facility that produces fertilizer from garbage and waste materials.
Gov. Robert Ace Barbers gave MRF facility to the Provincial Jail for the prisoners use.
