Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010: News briefs on Crime Incidences

(CRIME INCIDENCE SITREP # 1 – Traffic Accident # 1) One MCH Honda with plate number LU 8862 SC 1129 driven by Amelito Dolor Billona a res of Purok kalipayan Penaranda St. Barangay Taft, Surigao City and one MCH Yamaha STX with plate number LU 8786bSC 0529 driven by Rogelio Ravago Coldura a res of Purok 1B, Brgy San Juan, Surigao City. Investigation disclosed that at around 7:30pm on Nov. 19, 2010 MCH Honda was running along Burgos St. heading north and MCH Yamaha was running San Nicolas St towards west and was about to turn to Burgos St when accidentally bumped into right side window glass both vehicles incurred broken side window. Both driver agreed for amicable settlement.(PNP-Surigao City, 19/11)

(CRIME INCIDENCE SITREP # 2– Traffic Accident # 2) One SMC Skygo with plate number MP 6086 owned and driven by Benedicto Orias Llano a res of Purok 3B, Brgy Mabuhay, Surigao City and one pedestrian Rebecca Remion Amoloc 57 yrs old, married, jobless and a native of Purok 7, Brgy Sinugnog, Cabadbaran, Agusan Norte. Investigation disclosed that vehicle involved was running national highway and the victim was about to crosed the highway to gather firewood, accidentally sideswiped and hit the road, the victim sustained minor cuts and bruises and was immediately brought to Caraga Regional Hospital for medical treatment. Further investigation disclosed that the victim was allegedly under the influence of liquor. (PNP-Surigao City, 19/11)

(CRIME INCIDENCE SITREP # 3) A certain Crecensio Yparraguirre, Jr y Plaza, 51 yrs old, married, businessman and a res of 0165 Rizal St, Brgy Washington, Surigao City reported that at around 12:15 early dawn on Nov. 20, 2010 he discovered that the window glass at the drivers side of his car Montero GLS with plate number LMP 345, parked in front of his residence was broken. Estimated damage incurred is more or less P20,000. Investigation still going on. (PNP-Surigao City, 20/11)
