Surigao Press and Radio Club (SPRC) President Natz Corbeta and Cagayan de Oro Press Club (COPC) President Atty. Santigao Goking signed a sisterhood agreement on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 at COPC building, Cagayan de Oro City. The sisterhood agreement signing between the two Press Clubs were witnessed by the officials and members of SPRC and COPC.
