SURIGAO CITY - The Student Teacher’s
Association (STASS) of Surigao State College of Technology (SSCT) in partnership
with the Marajaw Inter-Fraternity and Sorority Association (MIFSA-SSCT) will
bring bundles of joy to the Mamanwa Tribe of Barangay Jubgan, San Francisco,
Surigao del Norte on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012.
STASS Coordinator Dr. Cases Dalaygon
said the primary purpose of the program is to share a portion of their
blessings to the less fortunate Mamanwa brethrens.
Goods, clothes, footwear, notebooks and
bags will be shared by the SSCT family while MIFSA led by Rafaelito Agra of Alpha Phi Omega will share 25kgs rice and 75packs of noodles, and SSG led by President John
Mark Orquita will give the same with canned goods.
A short Christmas program will be
conducted to entertain the recipients.
