SURIGAO CITY - Provincial Fisheries officer Emilio Gulle formally assumed office recently as the new chief of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Surigao del Norte Provincial Fisheries Office, replacing Martiniano Yandra as he will be retiring this year.
The turned-over of responsibility was held at the Provincial Fisheries Office in Barangay Luna, this city.
In his message, outgoing provincal fisheries officer Martiniano Yandra expressed his heartfelt thanks to his staff and to all stakeholders for all the support.
Meanwhile, on his part incoming provincial fisheries officer
Emilio Gulle, who is a native of Surigao del Norte said he was
delighted that after 20 years he will again served the province.
“I
encouraged the Surigaonons to please help me especially the media to
deliver the goodnews and services to the fisheries sector and I hope
that you will join with me to continue the journey of excellent
government service,” Gulle said.
The turn-over of
responsibility was witnessed by BFAR Caraga regional director Nerio G.
Casil, assistant regional director Judith Roxas, and representatives
