90% sa ‘surrenderies’, balik-droga sigon ni Cong. Barbers

DAKBAYAN SA SURIGAO (Sept. 19) - Hugot karon ang pagtuo ni Cong. Robert Ace Barbers nga 10% kun dyes porsyento lamang sa mga drug surrenderies ang nagbag-o apan ang 90% kun nobenta porsyento niini ang mibalik ra gihapon sa ilang naandang gibuhat.

“While we can presume that some of them, say 10%, won’t get back to their old ways, what about the remaining 90%?
